- The Medical Council is the central Coordinating body which serves as liaison between the student body, faculty and administration. Its officers are elected by the medical students of MCU. This organization exists primarily to promote and protect the interest and welfare of the students in the MCU College of Medicine.
- Elan Vital recognizes that man is a multi-dimensional being, bound to the rules that society has imposed but possessed with the spirit to conquer his goals and his environment. The organization strivers to guide its members to develop holistic medicine and to seek to serve the people of society regardless of nationality and political belief.
The organization aims to develop among the medical students the proper attitude and values necessary to serve the people, promote a health care approach which is responsive to the need of the majority of the Filipino people.
- Medicus is not just a school organization. As far as the members are concerned, membership means belonging to a big family that share common interest and views. In the end it develops the social and academic awareness of the student.

- The activities of United Student Resource Organization, as academic organization, is directed towards the uplifting of the spirit and the widening of knowledge of its members, the promotion and defense of the name and integrity of the Manila Central University and of the MCU-Filemon D. Tanchoco College of Medicine in Particular, and the pursuit of humanitarian and socio-objectives.
